Reserving Your Puppy

If you are ready to add an adorable Sand Hollow Doodle to your family, please read through our adoption information and fill out our Puppy Application below. We are currently taking reservations for our upcoming litters.


The deposit to hold a puppy is $500 and will be applied to the purchase of your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but are always transferable to another litter if you aren't ready when your spot on the list comes up.


Placing a deposit on a litter of pups guarantees you a puppy from that litter. ****We do not guarantee sex, color, markings, etc. with the placing of a deposit.***** We are guaranteeing a puppy from that litter. In the event that you don't find a puppy that is a good fit for your family in that litter, you are welcome to transfer your deposit to another litter.


Deposit refunds are only given if we do not have any puppy for your family. As in, the breeding doesn’t take and we won’t have a puppy in the timeframe you need. Under any other condition, the deposit is non-refundable.


Deposits will be deducted from the purchase price. Remaining balance will be due when you pick up your puppy.

Picking Out Your Puppy

We begin the process of picking out your puppy at 4 weeks. We feel that their little personalities show through at this point so you will be able to get a good idea of what puppy would best fit your family. We will start picking out in reservation list order. When picking out your puppy we offer FaceTime/VideoChat for live interaction. We do take lots of pictures and videos as they grow so that you can get to know the puppies and watch them grow! We post videos on our Youtube channel so that you can see them interact with their litter mates and get a feel for their sweet cheerful personalities!.

Going Home

Our puppies go home at 8 weeks. To help you get to know your puppy before it comes home we take pictures or videos every two weeks so that you can enjoy watching them grow with us! Our highest priority is the health of our pawrents and puppies and we thank you for understanding that!


When you pick out your puppy you will also choose how your puppy will go home. Some options are:


  • Our puppies can be picked up directly from our home. We are located in Parma, Idaho. All puppies picked up at our home are required to be charged 6% Idaho sales tax. We realize that this is not always convenient or possible so we also offer other options such as...
  • Meeting you at an airport near us. You can fly into Boise Airport (BOI) and we will meet you there and give you your puppy.
  • Working with a Puppy Nanny service. We suggest Animal Tails Transport who can hand deliver your puppy to your nearest major US airport. Call/Text Chaya at 208-709-2450 for a quote. (You are welcome to find your own, but we know and love Chaya and her team at Animal Tails Transport.)
  • When we can, we also offer to meet PNW families part way. We meet up in Kennewick, Washington for a $200 delivery fee. Check with us to see if that is an option

Payment Information

Online website payment will be accepted for deposits. Cash or online website payment/Venmo with 4% charge will be accepted for remaining balance payment.


Remaining balance will be due when you get your puppy.


Idaho sales and puppy pick-ups in Idaho will be charged 6% sales tax as required by Idaho law. This would apply to pick-ups at Boise (BOI) airport as well.

All puppies adopted from Sand Hollow Doodles will come with a purchase agreement. We do everything we can to ensure that our puppies are healthy and that they go to a good loving home. The contract will emphasize two main points:


All puppies are sold with a spay/neuter agreement.


If at any point you are unable to care for your dog or need to relinquish your dog we ask that you relinquish them to us so that we may find them a new home.


We reserve the right to refuse or refund a deposit/reservation if necessary. It is important to us that we only send our puppies to homes where they will be loved and treated as a cherished family member.
