Sand Hollow Doodles Return Policy

Bringing a new pet into your home is a big and exciting responsibility. Please familiarize yourself with the time and commitment owning a new animal will be. Furry companions can bring so much fun and joy, but remember they are still babies and need lots of attention, care, love, and training. Be sure you understand Doodle grooming needs.

A great resource can be found on Baxter and Bella Online Puppy School. Baxter and Bella has a lot of free resources that can help with the transition! They have graciously offered a 25% off discount on their training program. Simply use the code SANDHOLLOW.

If you are struggling with the adjustment of the new puppy, reach out for help. There are many good puppy trainers out there that can give you good tips and support.

If you can't keep your pup, what should you do? Call us first! We will take your puppy/dog back no questions asked! You can also reach out to your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. Let them know that you need to rehome your puppy. You can contact Facebook friends. Look on Facebook pet pages. Sometimes, families post they are looking for a pup and you can connect that way. If you still cannot find a home for your pup or it's an emergency situation, let us know. We will always take the pup back. We don't want our puppies ending up in shelters.

When a pup is sold, all sales are final. We put in a lot of time and energy making sure families get the highest quality pup and offer health and genetic guarantees. When we have to rehome a pup, we don't know how the puppy was handled or what it might have been exposed to, so it is difficult to guarantee refunds. We love our furry friends and are excited for your new journey with your new pup!
